Box Pallet

Definition:

Box pallet is a flat surface which has super structures on it, and is convenient for storing and handling bulk, irregular and vulnerable (fragile) items and makes up a unit load.
Box Pallets can be stacked on each other and have walls of wire mesh, flat or corrugated steel sheets or grids, with or without access door(s).
Box Pallets are produced in various dimensions and load capacities usually up to 2000 Kg. And now Box Pallets are used as a complementary product and widely used in warehouses, distribution centers and factories.

Variety:

Box pallet with fixed walls:

In this type of box pallet, superstructures (any kind) are fixed (welded) to flat surface and can be equipped with access door(s).

Foldable box pallet:

In this type of box pallet, superstructures (any kind) can be folded in period of downtime by means of hinges fitted to flat surface and walls, which results in saving area and space. This also minimizes transportation cost when containers of dispatched unit loads should be returned to supplier.

Detachable box pallet:

 In this type of box pallet, superstructures (any kind) can be detached in period of downtime which results in saving area and space. This also minimizes transportation cost when containers of dispatched unit loads should be returned to supplier.
